Siberian Husky (medium coat) : : Female : : Senior : : Medium
Oso is sweet older Girl that would really enjoy a nice quiet home by herself. She was not very doggie socialized when she came to us but has warmed up to the other dogs. She will do better with a male than a female. Given the choice, she would probably prefer to be an only companion however. Oso came to us grossly overweight and we are working on getting that excess weight off. Oso is an all white, parti-eyed (meaning one eye is blue and one is both brown and blue) female. She currently weighs about 69 lbs. (and losing!) and her guestimated DOB is October 1998. Don't be fooled by Oso's age, as she is still very much young at heart. She trots around the back yard with quite a pep in her step. She is very perky and alert and loves people. She just seems giddy and smiles with her humans. She has not been tested with cats. She crates beautifully and does well on leash. She is house trained as well. If you have an empty spot in your home that needs filled, please but your application in for Oso today. She will not only fill that spot, but also warm your heart at the same time. All Southern Siberian Rescue foster dogs are microchipped, up to date on shots, spay/neutered and on monthly heartworm preventative.
