Energy Level:  Medium. Carmen does enjoy good play with some of the foster dogs in her foster home but settles down beautifully. She is very laid back for the breed.
Personality:  Carmen is a little bit shy at first meet and will need some time to warm up to her new owner's. She is wonderfully playful once she does gain that trust. She loves to give kisses and loves to be pampered and petted. She will roll over on her back for a belly rub. She is very gentle and sweet and will do great as an only dog or with a canine companion.

Good with Dogs:  Yes

Good with Cats:  NO. Carmen was exiled from VA for allegedly killing a cat. She can not be adopted to anyone living in VA nor will she go to a home with a cat, small rodents, rabbits, birds and small breeds. Siberians are notorious for their high prey drive and typically kill cats, rabbits, birds, chickens, squirrels, opossums, etc.

Good with Children:  Carmen will do well with children of all ages. 

Housetrained:  Yes

Crate Trained:  Yes but she is not crated in her foster home because she is houstrained and not destructive and can be trusted out and about the house.

Rides Well in Car:  Yes

Leash Trained:  Does pretty well on leash with not much pulling

Basic Obedience:  Carmen does know sit and will automatically hand you her paw to shake.
