Champ has a most delightful temperament and personality. He is very playful and loving but also enjoys his independence and time alone. He will happily play bow with humans and canines alike. Champ is a handsome all white male Siberian with crystal clear blue eyes. His approximate DOB is June 2003 and he weighs about 50 lbs.

Champ walks well on a leash with very little pulling-this after he comes out of the gate at a high speed! He does walk back and forth from left to right though, sniffing everything on the trail. He is very social, as he likes to introduce himself to others that he comes in contact with. He has proven himself great with kids – very docile and affectionate. He currently lives with multiple canine foster siblings and loves to romp and play but sometimes seems a bit overwhelmed with all the dogs. He has not challenged the fence at his Foster home, but as always, we recommend he never be outside in a fenced area unsupervised. He will dig holes in the back yard - once again, very common in Siberians.

Champ does well in a crate but has proven himself trustworthy while out and about the house so he is not currently being crated. He does know sit and will do so quickly for a treat! He enjoys chewing on approved toys such as Nylabones and Kongs and to date, he has not displayed destructive and/or chewing behavior in his foster home. He is house-trained as well. He enjoys a car ride, sitting quietly until his destination is reached. He has been tested with cats and seems to do okay with them.

We feel that Champ will do well in any family with both canine and feline companions but may prefer being an only dog even more. Why not make him a part of your family today?
